Dear Sonia, Hope all your family are well and looking forward to the summer holidays.
We have had very hot weather over the past 14 days.
Our ski club met tonight and discussed your clubs proposal to have small groups of skiers visit you in Cran Gevrier in January, February or March next year.
We would like to ask you if you came to this decision because of lack of accommodation or transport difficulties or it was easier to manage small groups? We are happy to travel in small groups.
If some of your club would like to visit us in Bathgate in October could you let us know when in October/November you would like to visit and how many people are considering travelling?
We are happy for your club to visit us in October/November.
Please let me know before booking any flights etc regards
